Shipping Policy

We ship to most areas in the united states. We do ground and air deliveries. The puppy is safety packaged up and sent to a pick up location. There is a flat shipping fee of $300 to do deliveries over 90 miles. The fee for delivery between 51-90 miles is a flat rate of $100. and 26-50 miles is $75 flat rate delivery. We will meet you for free up to 25 miles from our location. We recommend you visit our location so you can meet the parents and meet all the puppies. This is the best way to find the perfect puppy for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not allow returns unless the puppy is returned with the health guarantee form and proper documentation from licensed vet. If you have to return your puppy with the health guarantee form. You can exchange your puppy for a new one or get a refund of the full price of the puppy. No other fees will be covered.

Pickup Policy

We allow people to come to our home and meet the parents and the puppy during the pickup of their new puppy. Your puppy has to be picked up no later than your scheduled appointment. If not picked up by your scheduled appointment. It will be adopted by the next person on the list looking for that color, or placed on website/Facebook for adoption again. If you are purchasing a dog/puppy that is older than 6 weeks. Then it must be picked by original appointment date for pickup. If not picked up by that time it will be adopted by the next person on the list looking for that color, or placed on website/Facebook for adoption again. This policy is to help the new puppies get to their loving home as soon as possible.
